Journey through the life of Jericho Fox as you the player experience Jericho’s life from his past, his present, and his future as he fights to defeat Seth the Egyptian God of Chaos before he releases Armageddon.


GAME SUMMARY


“Revelations: The Chronicles of Jericho Fox,” is a third person shooter/ action adventure game that tells of Armageddon from the New Testament Revelations brought by the Egyptian god deity of Chaos and Storms Seth .This game will merge both Egyptian and biblical testaments into a story driving third person shooter that will fulfill the player’s knowledge as well as intense action in the mythological world of the Egyptian gods through different downloadable episodes.


You play as Jericho Fox a French archeologist and well known theft to most, who is cursed with immortality by the god deity of the Sky Horus for bringing the world’s end by releasing Seth from the Urns of Ra in London, England on January 1, 1912. Now Jericho has become the weapon of Horus, and with the aid of the warriors of the Heru Temple known as the, “Wadjet of Ra,” He will have to continue the war that has split Egypt into two nations since the beginning of the 1st dynasty. You will go through Jericho’s past, present, and future as he fights, and searches for knowledge to destroy Seth before he merges the three dimensions of Heaven, Earth, and Hell to bring the Apocalypse to fruition.His cursed path for redemption is the world’s only chance for salvation.


GAME PLAY


Jericho was given special powers by Horus besides the curse of eternal life. His right eye is the eye of Horus and his right arm is the powerful weapon of the Egyptian God of the Sky. With the eye of Horus, Jericho is able to see what item, weapon or tool would make a suitable weapon for conversion, He is also able to use the eye as a waypoint to know which direction to go and use his right arm to convert any item he touches into the weapons of Horus at will. Each weapon he uses has its own special ability that makes it unique and powerful.


Jericho’s controls are the standard third person shooter controls with third person view/free camera to rotate around Jericho’s body as well see the world around him. His attacks will change for every weapon he is holding – from long range to close range.In addition he is able to use a variety of guns and melee weapons each there own strengths and weaknesses.


Battle in hostile environments as you are pitted against Seth’s creatures including Possessed Human Bodies, Demon Priest, Desert Scared Harpies, and Gigantic Mummy Titans. Carefully manage your weapons and ammo because Jericho will only be able to carry four types of weapons at a time.


Research and solve puzzles to unlock areas to progress in the game, or to unlocked special items to view such as art work, videos, and educational information on Egyptian Mythology.


WHAT MAKES REVELATIONS THE CHRONICLES OF JERICHO FOX SPECIAL?


- The Story: This game will be a series consisting of different episodes, which tell the life of a man damned to fight a war between Egyptian gods that has lasted since the 19th dynasty. You the player will see the world I’ve imagined, balancing beautiful visuals and game play. I will pull you into a new world of adventure, horror, action, and the experience of gaining knowledge on the history of Egyptian Mythology. I’m hoping to expand your knowledge with each episode we create and hope to get feedback, opinions, and knowledgeable arguments to improve and expand the game experience for the player.


- A Variety of Weapons that hold the Power of a God: Almost any item or weapon the eye of Horus sees as a suitable weapon the player will be able to transform it into a weapon of Horus, and each weapon (long or close range) will have a very powerful special ability that can take out multiple or single enemies. You will be able to see my interpretation of how I believe our modern day conventional weapons – even items such as tools – will look and work if they held the power of a god. I’m always thinking of new items to transform into weapons and can’t wait to show off what we have and what we are going to bring to the table.


- Using the Power of U.D.K to create a Unique Game: A lot of projects small and big use epic’s powerful engine to help them bring out stunning and superb graphics that bring their imagination to life. Using the power of the Unreal Engine 3 we are able to make sure our visuals for our Environment, Characters, and Assets are rendered on a next gen level. Using our current knowledge as well as what we are learning on our personal time we are able to improve and keep improving on the project.



- Replay and challenges: We will also pack in many different types of surprises to keep you the players entertain with time challenges, as well as rewards.


- Original Music Scores: A superb sound track written by Scott Graves that captures the mood and intensity of the game.



CURRENT PROJECTS WE ARE WORKING ON


Revelations: The Chronicles of Jericho Fox: Awakening (Episode 1) and The Treasures of Ra (Survival Feature) are currently in Prototype Stage and we are working on the First Playable. A playable alpha release will be available as soon as late summer. The game will run on Windows, and will be Downloadable once we have our server set up.

The Episode 1 will be ready by the end of this year. After that, development will continue indefinitely, with regular updates, and we will begin work in progress on our next project.




Game Level Setup


Nigel’s Corporation Building is the first episode of Revelations: The Chronicles of Jericho Fox, taking place in 1912 London. Jericho Fox (the player) has arrived to Nigel’s office on the 20th floor to give the urn of Osiris and the urn of Horus, which he has stolen from the temple of Horus to his employer Nigel Waitfeild. After Jericho and Nigel have made an agreement for the jewel to be his payment instead of money, Nigel accidentally reads the magical incantation on the back of the urn of Osiris and releases Seth Egyptian god of Chaos from his eternal prison. Jericho must now escape the building before Seth’s essence consumes the entire building, the people inside, and him along with it.


Primary Player Focus


The primary focus of the first playable is for the player to escape the building while evading dangerous obstacles, fighting off human corpses that are possessed and avoiding Seth’s essence, which is consuming the entire building and everyone inside. The player must go through six floors (10th Floor to the 5th Floor) and adapt to the changing environment that is occurring on each floor. The player will have a crowbar as a weapon, no accessories, and a few health-packs to aid them. They only have Jericho Fox’s caution and paranoia to give hints and directions to progress through each floor.













Primary Player Focus


Present day Jericho Fox (The Player) will have to manage his time while dodging and or temporarily defeating all the Demon corpses to retrieve the 5 treasures of RA out of the temple while using the power-ups and rewards wisely.

-To get all treasures out of the temple and onto the boat before time runs out.

TITLES THAT ARE NEXT IN LINE



Present day, and the world is slowly turning into chaos. Jericho must travel through Jerusalem to enter old Jerusalem, and head north east to the Christian Quarters. At the same time the player must watch for enemies such as demon corpses, which are a close range enemy, and sacred harpies, which are a long range flying enemy; the player must attack these enemies by using a variety of different assets and weapons that can be convert into weapons of Horus by Jericho’s right arm. The player will have a sub boss battle against the Mummified Titan, who is able to perform long and close range attacks, Jericho must defeat it to complete the level.


In the Christian Quarters Jericho’s objective is to find a piece of the shard from the Urn of Horus located in the Church within the quarters. This episode will be a little more dangerous than the first episode because it will be filled with traps, enemies, and also the first boss fight.

§ One Player will fight against 50 waves of Seth’s minions. The difficulty increases as the player advance through the waves.

Jericho is still looking for the Shard from the Urn of Horus located in the Church of Holiness. Jericho will have to climb a ladder and open a powerful seal before reaching the Temple entrance. Once in the player must overcomes an array of deadly traps and an army of monsters, before eventually finding the shard, But Seth is aware of Jericho’s mission and will meet him personally.


Seth will launch Jericho in to another Dimension that craters between Heaven and Hell (purgatory). He must fight his way through the fiery realm and with the help of Horus’s Essence he must escape and return before he is trapped there forever.


o (FEATURE) C.O.J.F ARENA OF GODS (Duel Mode)


§ A one on one game mode. It uses a queuing system: the winner stays, and the loser goes back to the end of the queue. A typical match lasts 5 to 15 minutes with the winner being the player with most kills.



Jericho has escaped purgatory only to be thrown in the past to fight in the war of Horus and Seth. Egypt is then divided into two kingdoms, one belonging to Seth, one to Horus. Seth army grows to such an extent that he wishes to conquer Horus’ Kingdom and to do so; he wishes to control Sekhmet the goddess of war. To stop Seth Jericho must fight alongside Horus and his army.


After the war against Seth Jericho will be transported to the future 10 years from our present day, which Horus has returned to earth, and is battling Anubis (The Beast) and Seth in the Battle of Armageddon.


o (FEATURE) C.O.J.F BATTLE ROYAL HUMANS VS GODS (Death Match)


§The goal of a death-match game is to kill as many other players as possible until a certain condition or limit is reached.



Jericho will be back in the present day, and his mission will be to stop Seth from destroying the Four Holy citieswhich are Jerusalem, Hebron, Safed , and Tiberias, the four main centers of Anubis containment.


§ Jerusalem is associated with the element of fire a reference to the continuous sacrificial fires kept burning in the Holy Temple.


§ Hebron is associated with the element of earth a reference to the Cave where the patriarchs and matriarchs were buried.


§Safedis associated with the element of air a reference to the mystical/spiritual branch of Judaism that flourishes there.


§Tiberias associated with the element of water where The Messiah will arise from the lake of Tiberias, enter into the city, and be enthroned at Safed on the summit of a lofty hill.


o (FEATURE) BETRAYAL BETWEEN NATIONS(Capture the Flag)


§Two teams will have an Artifact that symbolize and the objective is to capture the other team’s Artifact, located at the team’s “base”, and bring it safely back to their own base. Enemy players will respawn back to their own territory if killed.



The end is drawing near and Jericho must defeat Seth before he releases Anubis before the Battle of Armageddon begins. Jericho must put Seth into the “bottomless pit” known as the abyss so he will be sealed for another Millennium. If Seth is able to release Anubis he will gather his followers known as the Gog and Magog (peoples of two specific nations) from the four corners of the earth. They will encamp surrounding of Jerusalem. Fire rain will down from Ra out of heaven, purifying the lands for a 1,000 years. This will be the end Jericho must do everything possible to stop it from happen.


(FEATURE) SCRIPTURES OF A FALLING DYNASTY (Greed)


§The player must focuses on collecting stone scriptures dropped from dead players and capturing them in the opposing team’s territory. The game uses traits from Capture the Flag.

Hello everyone, my name is Steven Barrion and I started this studio a while ago with a colleague of mine named Donnell Gammage. We consist of a few members from different parts of the world. We all have been educated in variety of Digital Art, 3D Modeling, Animation,

and Programming. Even though all of us aren’t able to communicate physically because we don’t live in the same region we all work as if we are together in one building, we communicate, and do our best to be as professional as possible. What is the WavyWand?


The WavyWand is a programmable hand held device that is capable of displaying images and messages in mid air.

Similar to the “light streaks” that one perceives when waving around a sparkler at night, the WavyWand draws these images and messages by turning on and off LEDs as the wand is waved from side to side.

What makes it work?


The simple answer is “persistence of vision” but what is it?



The human eye has the ability to “remember” what it saw for a split second after it saw it. This is especially evident with high contrast images like a bright sparkler flame against a dark night sky. When images like these are viewed in quick succession, your eyes will merge what they saw over a short period of time, similar to a camera with a long open shutter. In the sparkler picture above, for example, there are not actually lines of light but because the camera captured the light point in many different positions over a period of time, the combination of these light points make the light look like continuous lines in the air.

If we take time snapshots of what LEDs are turned on at different intervals as a WavyWand is drawing the heart above, we can see that at any given moment only the LEDs that correspond to a single line of the picture are illuminated.

What can the WavyWand display?


The WavyWand interprets images similarly to other display devices that have pixel height and width. Phones, for example, that might have screens with pixel dimensions 320 x 240 can display images up to that size. The WavyWand’s pixel height is fixed and corresponds to the 48 LEDs along its length. The width however is not fixed and mostly depends on how wide the wand is waved from side to side. To understand this better, we need to look a bit closer at how the WavyWand works.


The LEDs on the wand are roughly 3mm high. This means the “pixel” height is roughly 3mm. For images to appear at the correct aspect ratio, we want the pixel width to also be about 3mm. Since the LEDs are moving from side to side, the pixel width is determined by how long an LED is turned on for as it is in motion. In other words, if we want a pixel width of 3mm the LED needs to be turned on for as long as it takes the LED to move 3mm through the air along the arc of the wave.


One might think that waving a wand from side to side is simple stuff but surprisingly, every person will do it slightly differently. Finding the correct timing on the WavyWand required some experimentation and measuring the average “wave time” of many different people.



Each WavyWand has a motion sensor and a micro controller, a tiny computer, that controls every individual LED. When the wand is waved from side to side, the computer measures the time it takes the wand to move from the one edge of the wave to the opposite edge of the wave. That length of time is then divided up into the number of pixels for the image width. The average user has a wave large enough to display an image 80 to 100 pixels wide.


In conclusion, the WavyWand can display anything imaginable that can be drawn in a 48 x 100 pixel image. Like the K for Kickstarter.

Programming the WavyWand


The WavyWand has three push-buttons and an alphabet printed next to the LED display that are all used together to compose messages on the spot. More complicated images and animations can be programmed from a computer. Easy to use software allows most images to be imported and programmed onto a WavyWand. Depending on their size, the WavyWand can store several images, animations and messages that can each be selected and displayed.



Some technical details


The WavyWand is made from ABS plastic. The lens that covers the LEDs is clear acrylic. The wand is 42.5cm long and about 3cm wide at the handle. As mentioned before, there are 48 Light Emitting Diodes. The WavyWand is powered by three AAA batteries that are easily replaceable by removing the cover form the back of the handle. The programming cable connector is also located behind the battery cover. As a bonus, the WavyWand also has a built-in LED flashlight at the tip of the wand’s display. Our Goal


With your help we would like to bring the WavyWand back (with a few improvements of course!) With enough pledges we can get the production quantities up and the costs down. We will be using some of the funds to set up the manufacturing line and updating the design as needed, but the majority will be going directly towards the product and getting it out to you!



The Improvements


There are two changes that we are planning on making to the design:

• More efficient LEDs

• Built-in support for a mini USB programming cable to replace the current custom cable


There are constantly newer types of LEDs being manufactured that are brighter and more efficient than the last. Using these types of LEDs will give the WavyWand a brighter display and a longer battery life.


The inventor of the now commonly used USB, Ajay Bhatt, was recently interviewed on CNN. During the interview, they mentioned that there is estimated to be over a billion USB devices in use today. This is great news for the WavyWand because it means it is now less costly to buy micro controllers with built-in USB support. The WavyWand will be one more of these many devices that connects to a computer via the commonly used USB cable.

FAQ

Q: Have any of the above photos been edited?

A: Only the “Time snapshots” photos have be modified from the original to show how the LEDs change over time.


Q: In the large photo of the heart, why is the hand and the WavyWand not more blurry?

A: The camera shutter speed was set very slow to capture the entire heart. The flash was set to go off just before the shutter closed. This allowed us to capture the hand and the WavyWand. One can actually still see some of the background reflections in the water visible through the hand.


Q: In the photos of the heart, why does it look like there is a light streak above the image?

A: These photos where taken with the built-in flashlight turned on. Similar to the sparkler photo above, the flashlight moving through the air appears like a continuous line of light.

A unique drinking game that is fun, fast-paced and easy to learn. This card game is a must for your next party!





Each game contains the following -

Six cards are dealt out to each player (two down and four face up). All players pick one card from their hand to play that round and place it on the table face down. At the same time, everyone flips their card over for the “attack.” If the combined strength of the HUMAN cards played are higher than the combined strength of the ZOMBIE cards, then the players who played the ZOMBIE cards take a drink and draw another card. The same thing would happen to the players of HUMAN cards if the ZOMBIES overpowered the HUMANS. If all cards played are ZOMBIES, then everyone takes a drink because it’s a herd of Drinking Dead. If all cards played are HUMAN cards, than everyone gets to choose a player to take a drink. One player, however, cannot be made to take drinks from more than half of the entire group. That is our no bullying rule! A player can use a SPECIAL card to protect themselves from drinking or force someone else to drink instead. Play continues until at least one person goes out by playing all of their cards. Players must take a drink for every card they still hold in their hand. Any players holding a special card will have to take 2 drinks for every SPECIAL card they still have.




I realize that I am breaking one of the unwritten rules of zombie stories by providing the cause for how this happened, however, the following is necessary to explain why these zombies drink: A large amount of hops had become contaminated with a mixture of ashes, formaldehyde and other chemicals from a crematorium close to the fields where the hops were grown. These hops used by several microbreweries and home brew kits produced beers which would cause death within a short time from consumption. The deadly beers also produced mutated yeast which resurrected the brain of the victims with just basic primal instincts of feeding and a thirst for alcohol to further feed the mutated yeast. The mutated yeast was also present in the saliva, so a bite from one of these “Drinking Dead” was just as deadly as drinking a contaminated brew. As a result of recent popular zombie movies and television shows, many believed this was some sort of hoax. Police and other rescue personnel responded to what they thought they were bar fights and public disturbances and quickly became victims themselves. Military installations were infiltrated believing their personnel returning from town were playing a prank. By the time the federal government was made aware of the situation, there were not many military or local authorities remaining to control the epidemic. The survivors are few, but are refusing to give up without a fight!

What is The Wish?


The Wish is a young adult novel in which Sara Jones, a fourteen year old girl vacationing in New York City, makes an offhand wish in her mind while speaking to a fortune teller, that her brother would “just go away”. When he tragically dies in an accident the next day, her life is thrown into a tailspin of grief and guilt, culminating in her decision to run away and travel alone from her home in California back to New York to seek out the fortune teller and try to undo her wish.


Along her journey, the previously sheltered Sara is confronted with the ever present fear of her true identity being found out, the strain of the guilt she feels compounded by what she knows she must be putting her parents through, and encountering dangerous situations that she is ill prepared to deal with on her own; all while coping with the normal insecurities that a young girl coming of age experiences. She also meets Jessica, the free spirited college student with an appetite for trouble, as well as Dylan, the handsome friendly boy who has had his share of tragedy in his own life.


What happens when Sara gets back to New York City? Now, you wouldn’t want me to ruin the ending for you, would you?

Why The Wish?


I’ve been writing all my life, and I feel that having taught teenagers for over a decade, I have insight into some of the challenges they face trying to establish a personal feeling of “self” and identity in a world that is less and less private every day.


One of the major themes of The Wish is the fine line between accepting responsibility and not blaming yourself for the things that you cannot control. Teens today constantly blame themselves for things that are beyond their control, such as a divorce in their family, as well as other issues that many families face. In The Wish I explore this issue as well as others that I’ve borne witness to through my years of working with teenagers.


Who is this novel for?


The Wish is for anyone who has ever experienced guilt over something they could not control, as well as for those who enjoy adventure and self discovery. Although written for older middle-schoolers through high school teens, the themes in the book are ones that all adults have gone through at one point in their lives.
